💵 How much does CarCrateKit cost?
Each CarCrateKit subscription box is $49.99 per month + shipping. Every box contains 5–7 hand-picked auto essentials with a total value that always exceeds what you pay.
📦 When will I get my first box?
It depends on when you subscribe:
- Subscribe on or before the 25th of the month → Your first box ships between the 25th and the 30th of the following month.
- Subscribe after the 25th → Your first box will ship the month after next.👉
Example: Sign up September 20th → first box ships late October.
Sign up September 28th → first box ships late November.
📅 When am I billed?
You are charged immediately when you subscribe for your first box. After that, billing happens on the 1st of every month for as long as you’re subscribed.
🎁 What’s inside each box?
Every month includes 5–7 hand-picked essentials such as emergency gear, safety tools, cleaning supplies, or seasonal must-haves. Items are never repeated and always curated to match the season and real driving needs.
🚚 How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order.
🔄 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time from your customer portal—no hidden fees or contracts.
🛠 Do items repeat?
No. Each CarCrateKit is built as a limited edition monthly drop. Once a month’s box is gone, it will never be restocked.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Right now CarCrateKit ships within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
📬 How do I update my address or payment method?
You can log into your customer account at any time to update your shipping info, billing details, or subscription preferences.
🔒 Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.
📦 Can I buy just one box without subscribing?
CarCrateKit is designed as a subscription, but sometimes we’ll offer one-time boxes if we have extra inventory. Keep an eye on our emails and social media for special drops.
🧾 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because CarCrateKit is a limited-edition subscription box, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on individual items. If something arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.
📧 Will I know what’s in the box before it ships?
Nope 🙂 Part of the fun is the surprise factor. Each month has a theme (winter prep, road trip ready, etc.) but the exact items are revealed when you unbox it.

We use a mix of trusted name brands and high-quality generics—always hand-picked to give you the best value and performance for your car.
⏱ How long does shipping take?
Once your box ships (between the 25th–30th of the month), delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
